Mill stones were made up of two parts. The bottom of the dolphin was attached to the gypsum in four places. The rocks were covered with a cowhide ring. Above the rocks he was mounted, also from the fir, a grain basket. There was still a stone-throwing device on this floor. Today only movable lower stones have remained from this mechanism. Flour was discharged from the millstones to the crates using a pipe.In the ground floor, large hexagonal silk sieves were placed to separate the flour mills. In this space the so-called. The copossa served to purify cereals. Outside the mill there was a mechanism for turning the sails in the direction of the wind. The windmill facility was significantly damaged.
